Our pear brandy is an eau de vie - it is an unaged brandy set on fresh pears for 6 months in glass, but never aged in oak. It is light, pear forward and alcohol forward brandy, akin to a grappa in its drinking style.

Fresh pear and pear skins on the nose, add a few drops of good water for a smoother richer mid palate.. leading to a lovely orchard finish.
